Return and Exchange

1- Eligibility:
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received, with the original ticket attached.
Please Note: All orders are eligible for only ONE post purchase action (exchange OR return)

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.
The original packaging, including any hanging labels, must be intact and free from defects.
Items with any tearing, damage, or alteration to the packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2- Return and Exchange Procedure:
To start the return or exchange process, please contact our customer service team at support@thestahps.com within the specified timeframe.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide further instructions

Please Note: Items purchased using a discount code are NOT eligible for a refund.

3-Fees:
A return or exchange fee of 100 EGP will be applicable for all transactions.
This fee covers processing and handling costs associated with the return or exchange process.

4-Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
